I've installed the latest version of Trados (Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.6.16252).
Now, when launching Xbench I received an error message: "Method not found. System.StringSdl.Core.Globalization.Language.GetDisplayName(Sdl.Core.Globalization.LanguageFormat, Boolean"),
Any idea for the reason and the solution?

XBench is managed by 3rd party: By DArek
They have means to access what is needed to offer Trados Studio 2022 SR1 compatibility though an article posted on the Language Developers Forum titled: How to update plugins to Trados Studio 2022 SR1. It is their discretion as to when they make these changes
I will enquire with them also.

XBench is managed by 3rd party: By DArek
A quick correction... Xbench is not managed by DArek unles you are working with the old free version. The proper tool is managed by ApSIC as here: https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/190
They submitted an updated version supporting 2022 SR1 earlier this evening so it will probably be made available on the appstore some time tomorrow.

Yes, that's right! We submitted the plugins yesterday to RWS for signing.
As soon as we get the plugins signed from RWS, we will be able to create the new installer that will support Studio 2022 SR1.
Just for the record, we have uploaded a new plugin installer (build 17) at https://www.xbench.net/index.php/download
Note that the current installer needs to be run _after_ you have already upgraded to Trados Studio 2022 SR1. It is possible that in the future we can release an installer that can be installed before or after you upgrade, but for the time being, it needs that you first upgrade to Trados Studio 2022 SR1 and then install the Xbench plugin.

I confirm that v17 fixes the issue.
That was fast, glad to be a paying user of XBench! It has become an essential tool in my workflow.

Hi, we installed Trados 2022 SR1 and then my colleague received the error message mentioned above when trying to use XBench. They updated the XBench plugin but received the same error message. We uninstalled XBench and when we tried to run Trados, we received an error message to say:
"Trados Studio has not finished removing the last uninstalled plug-in. Restart TRados Studio after closing all active instances."
We have uninstalled Trados and it still will not open. We have looked at the KB article 'https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?'articleName=000016464. However, SDL does not appear at all in any of the filepaths which are mentioned.
Please can you advise a solution?
