Hi Lydia,

Any updates on how you can assist with this issue? I'd really like to resolve this as older plugins for the same purpose are no longer supported and I need this function.

If you are using Trados Studio 2022 (SR1+) the app version should be 7.6.2.0 as mentioned within the AppStore: https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/15
Please reconfirm which Trados Studio version you are using, as well as the plugin version. 
You can get the plugin version from the Post Edit manifest.xml found here: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins\Unpacked

One curiosity, can you explain in detail what changes are made when you say:

Thanks very much for the prompt response.

I'm currently using Studio 2022 and haven't yet updated to SR1 so the app version is 7.5.8.1.

I thought I'd upgrade to SR1 and 7.6.2.0 as suggested, however I can only see the SR2 update in my Downloads now. Would SR2 also work or where can I find the SR1 package? It's also not available under archived product updates.

As for your question, I changed the segment status from "Not translated" to "Translated" as below and entered the translation "test" to test the app, but the app only reported the status change:

Gökçe Özaydın I can confirm that Trados Studio SR2 is the latest version and does work given we have SR2 compatibility for the apps
