I'm testing AI integration capabilities using AI professional plugin.
We have a OpenAI API key working, I'm aware of tiers structure limiting the possibility of using batch tranlsate task, but I'm currently having major instability issues using AI companion.
I deactivated automated querying and I'm launching call manually. I tried using the standard prompts and also custom prompts, both to translate from scratch and to refine existing translation. The connection works, and about half of the segments returns a suggestion. Half of the time Trados crashes, returning the this error (full stack attached).
I tried to change the settings, the segments, the models, the temperature, the only settings that apparently has an impact is Terminology aware processing (if I deactivate it, it seems to crash less frequently).
Did you experience any similar issue?
