I'm using the following version of Trados Studio: Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.10.19084.
I have downloaded the plugin, unzipped the file in my Appdata folder and double clicked on it, and nothing happens. The plugin never comes up in Trados Studio.
Does anyone have encountered this issue and have a solution to it? Thanks!
I can't recall if "nothing" happens, or a brief progress bar appears. Either way, there is very little to show that the plug-in installed. The only way to really tell is that you will be able to handle WorldServer packages in Studio. If you can do this, then installation was successful.
Thank you very much for your reply, Michael. It is much appreciated. The plugin is now correctly installed, but there was clearly a bug when opening a WorldServer package...
