Hi,
As of now, my team uses our termbase to generate the glossaries in the DeepL plugin. To do so, we convert our TB into a CSV, then import this CSV in the plugin. This is however a bit tedious to maintain because if we want our glossary to stay up to date as we add terms to our TB, we need to convert the TB in CSV and import it in the plugin each time. So I was wondering if there was an easier solution for this? Is there a feature i,m not aware of?

In the DeepL plugin there isn't one. That would require quite a bit of work. But there are a couple of potential solutions that might be interesting for you.

This plugin allows you to use an Excel spreadsheet as a termbase directly. Still no synch with DeepL but it might reduce the tedious nature of what you are currently doing a little.

This plugin can use your MultiTerm termbase for your translations when using any MT provider. Since it's based on AI it can also sort out the changes necessary to use the correct form based on the requirements of the translation. It can be a little fiddly, and the version for release with Trados Studio 2024 (OpenAI Provider for Trados) as part of the new Trados Copilot AI Assistant is better, but I now many translators have had great results with this when used in conjunction with DeepL. It does require an OpenAI subscription.
