XML files there seems to have solved the issue, but the question is why all of a sudden this happens!

I hope you're doing well! I wanted to kindly ask if there might be any update or expected timeframe for the resolution of this issue. I’m eager to renew my license at the reduced price by 30 September and excited to keep everything up to date. Since I’ve already upgraded from 2021 to 2022, but haven’t yet been able to use the 2022 license, I’m hoping to make the most of the upcoming upgrade and avoid any similar hiccups.

Many thanks for your message. I have installed the last version of Microsoft Translator Provider (2.0.3.0). However, unfortunately, I keep getting the same error message, see enclosed. I have used my Microsoft API key that works perfectly in MT Enhanced (Trados 2021) and region Global as per my account. I have tried it three times:

1. API key 1 and region Global
2. API key 1 and region West Europe
3. API key 2 and region Global

Any chance you can have a look at it and let me know if I am doing something wrong? Thanks again!!

Thank you very much! I'm afraid my trial version does not allow me to install the new built directly. I had to download and install the previous one from the integrated app store. I get this when I try:

Download the version you need for 2024 from the appstore website and then just put the plugin into this folder:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18\Plugins\Packages\

Then restart 2024.

I had a thought. Instead of pointing to the remote name 'global.api.cognitive.microsoft.com', shouldn't the app connect to one of the endpoints provided in my Azure account, like api.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com/ or api.cognitive.microsoft.com/? According to this reference, the recommended global endpoint is api.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com.

Let me know what you think! I don't have programming knowledge, but I'm just trying to find answers
