Problem connecting Trados Studio to the Azure account through the 'Open AI provider for Trados'

Helo community, 
 I have a problem connecting Trados Studio to the Azure account through the 'Open AI provider for Trados' feature. When we try to add a new 'Model Connection' and then select the provider 'AzureOpenAI', the system prevents us from selecting the model. The dropdown doesn't show anything. This does not happen when 'Open AI' is selected as the provider. Could you please help us with this issue?

 It cannot know what to offer until you add the "Endpoint" of your Azure instance. Do you have that?
