 I still have problems with the plug in of DeepL. Here I attach the file of the error and the screenshot. Please, them here annex

 thank you for the details. 
 Please remove the plugin from all these paths: 
 %APPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 %LOCALAPPDATA%\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 c:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\17\Plugins 
 Also, make sure you don't have the plugin added to a project template, added by default at global settings for all languages:

or at specific language pair level: 
 
 Install again the DeepL provider app from the integrated appstore within Studio interface 
 Try creating a project from scratch and add DeepL during project creation. Also, try with single file project ( using drag and drop function) and see the results change. 
 I tested various scenarios but it works for me in all these cases. 
 I&rsquo;d greatly appreciate hearing your feedback once you&rsquo;ve tried this.

I found a solution for a similar issue detailed in Deepl plugin is not pretranslating any segment from EN US into ES INT and it works fine with other combinations (FR FR and PT BR into ES INT) 
 A ProZ colleague suggested creating a new translation memory with another variant 'Spanish Modern' (ES) instead of 'Spanish International' (ES-INT) and adding it to the project package. Thanks to this, I tried with one single file adding ES ES Modern language and creating a TM for that and it didn't work out. 
 I have created the project again and with this new TM ES Modern Deepl plugin displayed both and pretranslated all.
