while I can't really speak for the Wordlight plugin (it's developed by the Trados team, I think) I can observe problems with my Wordbird highlight feature, too.

I can't add highlights when track changes is off just like with Wordlight (ie. "Cannot edit revised content when review mode is off").

When track changes (aka review mode) is on, however, I can highlight but it is not pretty:

In essence the whole segment is first deleted and then - with the highlight - pasted in again.

I'm curious to find out whether there can be done anything about that ...

Yes it is... I've only changed roles in the last few months and already forgotten!!  My bad!

Hi, yes I tried your plugin (Wordbird) too Angela and got the same results as you above. This isn't an option as my client needs to see the actual edits!

Can you please confirm the plugin version?

I have tested the latest version of the plugin 3.0.6.0 and it works fine either way, track changes on either in Translation or Revision.

Can you share your files so I can check further?

Hi Olga. Thank you for looking into this. I had an older version of the plugin installed. I've installed version 3.0.6.0 and confirm it works correctly.
That does leave me with another question though: are users notified when new versions of AppStore plugins are released? I don't remember receiving a notification about this one.
