Don't know if this is the right place to ask this, as I'm new to the forum. So if this is in the wrong section, please move it to where it belongs.

I've recently upgraded to Trados 2019. So, I've accidentally pressed some buttons and now my screen looks like this:

The Translation Results is now a floating, seperate screen that keeps nudging and interrupting every time I start on a new sentence. How do I get the translation results back to where they were, in a fixed position above my translation? I've tried closing Trados and restarting everything (worked in 2017), but it seems to have saved these settings.

P.S. I'm not a very technical person, so if you have the solution, please explain it in very simple terms as if talking to a complete layman. :)
