Hello,
can anyone help me on changing existing email id history, records to new email id which is currently registered with SDL Trados.
unfortunately I have lost access to my old email address. and now I want to subscribe to https://www.sdltrados.com/products/language-cloud/packages.html
SDL Language cloud, but when I click on Subscribe button. SDL sends message to my old email address registered on which I don't have access to currently.
I did Registered another email address and made it as active member with linking to existing account. but still I don't receive this subscription notification.
