• screenshot of the TM results compared to an explanation of what yo would expect to see and why

It is advised that you show full screenshots, so we can see all the relevant information.

Also helpful, would be to see a screenshot from the Editor, so we can actually see the statuses of the segments/Errors etc.

If you have confidential data- either obscure this with one of the many tools available, or move to a project/small selection of segments which isnt.

Perhaps this helps to understand the TM settings clearly-

Also... please tell us if you have TMs enabled in the All Language Pairs section too?  Your partial screenshot shows you added the TM to the specific language pair.  It's important to do one or the other, but not both.

TM-Datei ist unter dem Sprachenpaar de-RU hinzugefügt. Neuüberetzte Segmente werden nicht mehr mit 100%Match angezeigt und werden auch nicht in der TM in AS und ZS angezeigt. Im Editor "Ansicht-TM" werden nur AS-Segmente angezeigt. Warum?

Wo ist der Unterschied zwischen dem Verknüpfen einer TM unter all pair und unter de-ru. Ist mir nicht klar, haben die Softwareentwickler da einen tieferen Sinn miteingebaut?

Vielleicht sollte man den Übersetzern noch präzise erklären, finde nicht in der Trados Doku.

An den Support: Meine Anfrage zu deaktivierten Schnittstelle zw. Trados und Multiterm steht weiterhin aus. Warum? Serverprobleme?
