Hi,
I have a SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licence, so I can use Studio on 2 computers.
One operates correctly, but the other shows me the error "An error occurred while sending the request" as soon as I open Studio. I disinstalled and reinstalled the most recent version and it does not allow me to perform any deactivation at all, on-line or off-line (see the second screenshot). The problem seems connected to the authentication of my licence, but I have no way to correct it.
Is there a way to restore it? thanks a lot.
