Question

I use Preview before I finish a translation in Studio. I'm gettingh the message "Word cannot save this file because it is already open elsewhere (C:\Users\h....\...\Normal.dotm)" a lot. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you!

Yes, I had another tool in Word. I desactivated the tool and now I don't see the messages. Thank you very much for your help!!!

Open the Windows Task manager and close the open Word process.

It sounds as though you have Word running processes in the background more often... probably a word template problem. Are you running any tools in Word that use macros and run from the toolbar perhaps?
