Word file with non-editable graphics and images

Question

I am trying to run an analysis on a Word document that has non-editable graphics and images. When I add the project file, I get a message stating, "Pre-Scanning failed to identify the file type, the following messages were generated:
Pre-Scanning Error: The document is not bilingual since tw4winMark Style is not defined.
This project does not require tw4winMark. I am not sure why this project is defaulting to this requirement. Please advise.

Hi Susan, 
 The reason it's defaulting to it is because this style is present in the file. Try checking this option in your filetype options before you prepare the file for translation:
