Initially, I had updated to the most recent version, which might be referred as CU6. After that I having all sorts of problems.

Whenever I tried to added a new term in multiterm or studio, an error message showed up, saying

The strange thing is sometimes, the new term is added even with the error message, and other times not.

The only way I can add a new term without an error is by selecting the words in source and target and use quick add function

After searching this forum, I found my problem might be due to the latest update. So I tried to follow the suggest workaround, but no CU 6 update is listed in my windows 10 App list.

Then, I removed the entire multiterm 2017 suit and reinstalled with auto update off. Now, after hitting F3 to add a new term in multiterm, I tried to add an entry by typing in, but nothing happened. Simply, the entry I just typed in disappears.

With these problems, I can't use termbase anymore. Can you help me with this?
