import the term base and translation memory

Question

I want to switch from another CAT tool(Phrase) to Trados. 
 Is there a way to import the term base and translation memory from the other tool ? 
 It's in Excel format.

 If they are both in Excel format then you need to convert them: 
 
 Excel -> TMX (or direct to SDLTM) for the translation memory 
 Excel -> SDLTB for the termbase
