Hello, I have Multiterm extract 2014 and it doesn't extract terms from a monolingual project. It's been reading files for over an hour now. Could it be because I have Windows 10?

Hi everybody, I've received feedback from the Italian SDL reseller and they say it's a problem with this MultiTerm Extract version, not our computers or OS. To solve it you'll have to contact SDL Customer Support via http://kb.sdl.com/ --> Solution Finder.
Hi! I have the same problem, but the Solution Finder only leads me back to the community page. I don't have a support contract and I'm using MultiTerm 2015.
