There's a little confusion here. The screenshot of your account above is your SDL Account, however, your Language Cloud account is something different. Here is the link to log into Language Cloud: https://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/select-account

The credentials are the same as your SDL Account.

You're paying $10 a month as that is the subscription you have chosen, however, if you change subscriptions using the link above you can move to the free one.
