As far as I know, source file is the one I sent You. Just with many pages erased ...

I mean the source of the Chart.  If you do as I suggested and try to edit the chart in Word you'll see that you cannot do this with your file because the source file was actually an external Excel file that was embedded into your word file.

If you try the same with my example you'll see that you can edit it.  This is because I created the Chart in Word and did not embed it.

one workaround could be
-I do not have "xml" experience, as the first workaround mentiond by Mr Paul Filkin though..

If I am serious enough, I could use VBA. First extract all "Text boxed" content, 2nd translate them, 3rdly push thme into original file... all automatically.

But, I am not serious enough.

Probably wrong.  If we did 'handle' the file as soon as you gave the translated version back to your customer it would probably revert to the source as soon as they updated the links.  The proper solution is to get the original Excel files and translate them.

The world you mentiond is.. very good one.
But, somehow, I am living the world dirty.
The document could be at "no more owner owned" status.
Then what ? I have to do my job anyways.

Of course, You mentiond "100%" pure procedure, I agreed with that.

once I did it like this.
Just add up contents in the picture
Translate it
And deliver that translated contents only, to the translation company
They are stisfied with it
I do not care about to paste it back to the right/correct location
That is their business
I did my business quite well
