Discrepancy between Studio 2017 and 2019

 One is "Disable" and one is "Enable" which is confusing me. AFAIK 2019 used to be "Disable" but then was changed to "Enable" in an update, but I cannot find that information on the "Cumulative Updates for SDL Trados Studio 2019" KB. 
 Questions: 
 1. What happens when you create a package in 2019 with this setting turned on and send it to somebody using 2017 or vice-versa? 2. Why was this behavior changed? 
 Side note: 
 "across paragraph" should be "across paragraphs" (was fine in 2017...)

 Essentially these are exactly the same in their behaviour. The 2017 text was very badly written, the 2019 text is a lot more clear. I think your confusion confirms exactly why this needed to be changed.
