Cannot open appstore in Studio 2021 after SR2 update

Hello.

I cannot open the appstore on ribbon menu in Studio 2021 after update SR2 16.2.8.9097 (OS win 10)

with an error box as below - attached sdlerror file.

It was no use to try Repair on Programs and Features of Control Panel.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

    Hi

    Thank you for this. 
    May I ask what language your UI is in and can you work with Studio despite not being able to access the AppStore Ribbon? 

    The reason I ask is because we have had 1 case (related to 2019 actually) where if the UI language changed to something other than English and someone tried to use the ribbon menu's the error would show.
    We were unable to reproduce it so it did not progress further. So any detail can can offer would be appreciated

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I am using it in English and have not changed UI language recent several months.

    Trados Studio screenshot showing the navigation ribbon with tabs for File, Home, View, and Add-Ins. The RWS AppStore tab is highlighted indicating it is selected.

    Actually Everything is OK - include all the other ribbons - I am still working on my translation job - but only the appstore is not.

    When I had opened the appstore ribbon last week, it was no problem.

    It is not an urgent problem, but I hope I can use Appstore Ribbon again someday. T_T

    But I'd recommend you create a new thread rather than post not this one because it's already so full of different issues who knows what question is being answered or has been answered!
