Studio 2015: Cursor not moving to next segment

Question

I have just installed Studio 2015, and it seems to be working fine, except that the cursor does not move to the next segment, when I hit Ctrl + Enter.

How do I fix this?

And yes, I have Ctrl + Enter set as the shortcut for this function.

 Perhaps we can rule out the obvious first... can you check if any of these give you the desired behaviour by using the mouse instead of the keyboard:

Hi Gitte, 
 Studio 2014 won't be impacting here at all because it's not sitting there in the background waiting for your keyboard actions. So no need to uninstall that. You should look at the programs that are running in the background when Studio 2015 is running. 
 The installations of 2014 and 2015 are completely separate. the fact you purchased an upgrade is only affecting the licensing. 
 Edit tab... no: 
 
 The find and replace is where it always was, over on the right hand side of your Home ribbon, but you may need to click the little arrow to scroll it depending on your screen resolution: 
 
 Ctrl+F or Ctrtl+H are probably the best options :-)

Apologies for the delay... I have another couple of things suggested by the support team, and if this doesn't help we'll arrange a remote session to look at your machine and see if we can figure this out. 
 
First of all, does this happen for all files and projects? 
 
Next, please can you try this... navigate to here: 
 
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SDL\ProjectApi\12.0.0.0 
 
delete\rename Project Api.xml 
 
and here: 
 
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio 
 
delete\rename folders "12" "12.0.0.0" and "VersionManager.xml" 
 
Then, how was Studio 2015 installed? From a shared-space? Did you press run directly from the web without downloading locally?
