Term Recognition not showing terms found in Termbase Search

Question

Hello! 
 My issue is simple... the term recognition window is not finding terms that are clearly in the termbase and that can be found if I use the termbase search window. How to solve that? 
 I'm posting here after talking to the chat support and trying a lot of "solutions", like reorganizing the TB, removing it and adding it again, repairing Trados and Multiterm installation and even reseting windows layout. Nothing helped. 
 Just for clarification and in case it helps, I'm posting screen shots of my problem. 
 In the picture below, the highlighted expression in segment 68 is not found in Term Recognition. 
 
 When the expression is copied and pasted in the Termbase Search, it is recognized and found.

 What versions of Studio are you running? Current versions are these: 
 Trados Studio 2022 - 17.1.6.16252 MultiTerm 2022 - 17.1.1.2185 
 17 - is the major version .1 - is the service release version and will change once we have new service releases .6 - this represents the CU number .16252 - this is our internal build number 
 Trados Studio 2021 - 16.2.12.9338 MultiTerm 2021 - 16.2.1.1044 
 Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007 MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.6.56482

 Apologies for not getting back to you. A top for the future is to tag the person you reply to so they get a notification. In the same way you do with pretty much any social software just type the @ symbol and then select my name. 
 I don't know what support told you or what you told them but can you share a short document that doesn't work for you along with a termbase?
