TM and termbases not included in project package?

Question

I want to create a project package for oursourcing, I checked the options under "include file-based resources in the project packages", as shown in the figure, but the generated file has no these resources in it. what went wrong? 
 I use groupshare and the TM and termbases for the project are located on the server, if that matters.

 A server TM will not be included in any package, as it is available for the user online, when properly set up. Same applies to termbases. Only real file based resources will be included.
