Object reference not set to an instance of an object | In Word and XLF files

Hello

Translator work with is getting this common error message for both a xlf and word file.

Was getting the message in the xlf file when auto-populated from MT (I brought the xlf file into my Trados and received error only when confirming a segment).   With the word file after doing a Reset and updating the MT plugin it now gives this error message when confirming a segment.

Does have the latest version of Trrados: 17.2.11.19134 and using Windows 10 Enterprise.

There are two other team members working on projects and they are not experiencing this issue, so thinking just the one translator.

They did say during one of the shut down and restart of their laptop they did have to go through one of microsoft updates.
