Trados Studio 2021 suddenly crashed

I completed a translation task successfully, and closed the software. 
 When I re-open Trados Studio 2021, it can not launch. The error message is: 
 Can not launch the service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagementService'
