I does seem to be something like that, i am able to access it while at home using my home wifi and ISP but not while on my corporate network. I can at least get to it now so that's good. Although i am a WorldServer guy and the site is hardly used for that, mostly becuase it's not straight-forward to even find that application on the site (You have to click on enterprise GIM which is not an acronym normally associated with WorldServer, even then some products are listed at the top level rather than being in a product type container like WS is.
