How long are completed projects visible in ManTra dashboard?

Question

Hi Ian, 
 according to available documentation on ManTra, projects that have been marked as "Complete" are typically archived after 28 days. Is this a setting that is ManTra specific or can you choose the timeframe? 
 Also, will the completed projects still appear in the ManTra Dashboard when a user checks the "Show Completed Projects" box in their settings or does this only include projects that are completed but not yet archived?

Hi Jacqueline, 
 
The archiving mechanism is configured and processed exclusively in TMS. A system-wide setting ("archive retention period") controls the number of days a job will remain at Complete before being archived. 
 
Where a user has the "Show Completed Projects" setting enabled in ManTra, they will see projects that are completed and archived.
