Symptoms: 
While adding or editing a configuration, when selecting more than one sdlxliff-based XML file type with the same extension, the page validation mechanism throws the following error, even if the document type is different in each XML file type:
"You cannot select two or more file types with the same file extension and document type".

Explanation: 

Before TMS 11.3, the validation for sdlxliff-based XML file types was not set properly and therefore, errors were never flagged. While trying to improve this validation, an error introduced in the code would, by default, make the validation wrong for XML files with the same file extension, although their document types were different.

Resolution: 
With this hotfix it is again possible to have more than one XML file type with the same extension, as long as they have different document types.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for this hotfix to be deployed.
