Symptoms:
Some TM matches are being returned as 100% matches even though there are tagging differences between the source segment and the TM segment.

Explanation:
This happened because of an incorrect override of the tag mismatch penalty, recently introduced. Specifically, the issue was caused by the fact that the SDL TM was overriding the TM penalties. This impacted the TM Leverage and ultimately, both the cost implications and the translation quality.

Resolution:
The issue was fixed by ensuring the tagging differences force the segment to be scored as a fuzzy match rather than a 100% match.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for this hotfix to be deployed.
