Symptoms:
After creating an attribute to use in a configuration, leaving both the Required Field box and the Hint Text field empty, the attribute is not displayed on the Edit Project Details page.

Explanation:
The issue occurred due to an error in the logic for displaying attributes on the Edit Project Details page.

Resolution:
We have now modified the page to retrieve the project information correctly and thus display the appropriate attributes.

Note:
This is a re-release of a previous hotfix as it was discovered that the details were not necessarily present on SDL TMS custom pages.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for this hotfix to be deployed.
