Symptoms:
When attempting to link an unverified SDL ID to an existing SDL TMS user account, SDL TMS did not provide the capability to send the verification link to the user.

Explanation:
This functionality was not considered initially for the release of SDL TMS 12.0 on the assumption that when the TMS account were linked, its corresponding SDL ID had been verified already.

Resolution:
Users attempting to link their SDL TMS user account to an unverified SDL ID now have the option to get the verification link sent to their email address, which will allow them to complete the linking process.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for this hotfix to be deployed.

Customers who host SDL TMS themselves should download the installer for SDLTMS12.0 Hotfix for CRQ-9723.exe from the following FTP site: ftp://ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/12.0/Hotfix/
