We are pleased to announce the availability of this cumulative update that contains all fixes from previous releases and the following additional fixes:
CRQ-14056, CRQ-14040
Symptoms:
The page to assign users to a workflow and the page to edit an organization take a long time to load or do not load at all.
Explanation:
Large numbers of available users were causing the pages to respond slowly.
Resolution:
The pages have been optimized to load efficiently.
CRQ-14152
Symptoms:
Actions affecting a large number of tasks can block the SDL TMS user interface.
Explanation:
The stored procedure responsible for moving tasks in the workflow was taking too long to execute.
Resolution:
The stored procedure has been optimized to execute efficiently.
CRQ-4857
Symptoms:
Tasks are sent for machine translation even if they do not contain any words.
Explanation:
Tasks that were candidates to be sent for machine translation were not tested to see if they contained any words.
Resolution:
Tasks without words are no longer sent for machine translation.
CRQ-4832
Symptoms:
Pre-processing can sometimes leave BAK files in the target folders instead of SDLXLIFF files.
Explanation:
A failure during pre-processing was not correctly restoring the SDLXLIFF file.
Resolution:
The SDLXLIFF file is now restored when there is an exception or recovery during pre-processing.
CRQ-13716
Symptoms:
Word counts are not correctly recorded if pre-processing fails and is reposted.
Explanation:
The retry mechanism in SDL TMS was not correctly recording the word counts if the file had previously failed to pre-process.
Resolution:
Word counts are now recorded correctly regardless of how many attempts are required to pre-process the file.
CRQ-13746
Symptoms:
Reversed language directions in translation memories do not give the expected leverage.
Explanation:
Flawed logic in the translation memory module was not correctly finding the correct matches.
Resolution:
Reversed language pairs now give the correct leverage during pre-processing.
CRQ-14482
Symptoms:
The user assignment text boxes are only displayed on the first page on the Reassign Tasks function.
Explanation:
The text boxes were omitted from subsequent pages.
Resolution:
The text boxes are now displayed correctly on all pages.
