SDL TMS 2011 SP5 CU1 | Hotfix for defect #36483 - Translations received from an MT provider come out truncated for segments containing tags

Symptoms:
When translating an XLIFF file using the OASIS 1.2 filter (2011 or 2014), the Results from the Machine Translation (MT) provider come out truncated if the segment contains a tag.

Explanation:
When processing a segment translation received from an MT provider, the initial target format of the segment is used to map the received response tags to the existing ones in order to obtain a properly formatted translation. If before sending a segment with tags to the MT provider there is no initial translation for that segment, then the mapping of the received response will fail, resulting in truncated machine translation.

Resolution:
Whenever the translation for a segment is received from an MT provider, if the segment has no initial target, then the source of that segment will be used to generate a properly formatted target translation.
