SDL TMS 2011 SP5 CU2 | GroupShare Inbox not displaying jobs and tasks in SDL TMS

Symptoms:
Sometimes, in an environment set up correctly, users can see the tasks assigned to them in the traditional TMS inbox, but when opening the GroupShare Inbox, no jobs or tasks are displayed, except for the message: 

The server took too long to send the data.

Explanation:
If the initial data retrieval took more than 5 seconds, the GroupShare Inbox would time out and therefore no jobs and no tasks would get displayed.

Resolution:
The timeout has now been increased to 30 seconds.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for a hotfix to be deployed.

Customers who host SDL TMS themselves should download the installer for SDLTMS2011SP5CU2 Hotfix for 36575.exe from the following FTP site: ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/2011 SP5/CU2/Hotfix.
