Symptoms:
This article references a number of fixes included in the Combined Hotfix 1 for SDL TMS 2011 Service Pack 6.

Explanation:
The Combined Hotfix addresses the following issues and defect numbers. Click the defect number to get more details for each individual fixed issue:

#36499: Segments containing non-breaking space generate duplicates in TM
#36564: Tasks going to Recovery with the error: Sdl.Tms.Emt.Apply: Exception occurred while importing the ITD translations: An item with the same key has already been added

Resolution:
SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for a hotfix to be deployed.
