We are pleased to announce the availability of this cumulative update that contains all fixes from previous releases and the following additional functionality:

Translation Memory Synchronization

A new feature, which needs to be enabled by a system administrator, allows TMS Organizations linked to an RWS Language Cloud tenant to synchronize content between the TMS Translation Memory and a linked RWS Language Cloud Translation Memory. A new setting on the Edit TM page allows the user to associate the TMS Translation Memory with one hosted on RWS Language Cloud. Once linked, there are two options that can be invoked:

Auto update RWS Language Cloud TM

This option will take effect during the Update TM workflow step for SDLXLIFF files only (not legacy ITD files). Once the translations in the SDLXLIFF file have been imported into the TMS Translation Memory, they are uploaded to Language Cloud and a request is put on a queue for the SDLXLIFF file to be imported into the linked Translation Memory.

Export TM

There is an additional setting under the Export TM option. Checking the RWS Language Cloud box will prompt TMS to submit exported files to the linked RWS Language Cloud Translation Memory. This can be done either for full exports or incremental exports.
