SDL TMS 11.1 | TMS-11235 and TMS-11250 | Tag issues at Machine Translation and Apply TM steps

TMS-11235: Tag numbers do not match in some cases after EMT propagation
Symptoms:
After a file has been translated through the EMT framework, you find duplicate segments with complex tagging information which have not been translated correctly.

Explanation:
The issue was caused by the tag matching logic between the repetition segment and the first occurrence of the segment. The logic was based on the content of the tag.

Resolution:
This fix changes the logic to base the tag matching on the unique tag identifier of the tag.

TMS-11250: Tags are changed at preprocessing
Symptoms:
TM segments with tags in a different order from the tags in the source segments can potentially cause misplaced tags in the translation.

Explanation:
The issue was caused by the logic in the tag conversion process in preparation for the TM match to be applied.

Resolution:
The tag matching logic has been amended to correctly use the tag anchor value from the source segment when creating the translation for a TM match.
