LifeCycle Services SDL TMS v11.0 Phase 2 Roll-out stats

Dear SDL TMS Community members, we're pleased to report that we've completed TMS v11.0 Phase 2 roll-out and as of today 68% of SDL Hosted TMSes are running the latest released version of TMS.
