Recovery - "Aggregate exception" and "Cascase exception"

Question

I'm project manager in Korea office. 
 Recently I have several recovery issues in Seoul TMS. 
 There are 2 types of exception errors. 
 First is "Aggregate exception". Error was occured when uploading completed XLIFF file by TR first.

Second is "Cascade exception". This error was occured when updating TM by PM. There were no error until updating TM.

Below is the list of recovery. Those languages in each job have same type of errors. I'd like to know the root causes and solutions.

Cascade exception occurs usually when there is an empty translation in target side of SDLXLIFF. 
 
I would suggest to check Sdlxliff for NO content in target side segment and change its status to "Not translated" 
Save SDLXLIFF, upload again. 
 
Note: Segments with tags only and no content also causes this issue.
