Issue with SDL TM

Hi,

I'm having issues with a SDL TM after an electricity crash when I was working on it. From there on, when I open it I get the below error message:

These are the error details:

I can still open the TM and work on it, but the error will appear every time I open it. When I close Studio, I get this message:

I tried reorganizing the TM as suggested on several sites but with no success. I do not have issues with any other TM, I believe because I was working on this one at the moment of crash.

Has anyone had the same issue and found a solution?
