Are you looking at them in SDL TMS TM Maintenance? There are three dates that are stored for each TM segment; Created, Last Modified & Last Used. You can create a filter (Tools > Set Filter...) and create your filter based on the date you want (Created, Last Modified or Last Used). I am not sure if you can sort by those dates though...
