WS 11.0.1 | WSXI-5394 | Workflow image is not displayed for tasks in WSXI
Symptoms:
When opening the task information panel the workflow is not displayed for FireFox version 47 or newer.
Explanation:
This issue is due the fact that different HTTP herders are used by browser on the newest version.
Resolution:
You can fix the issue by applying the update to WorldServer 11.0.1 available on FTP.
If you cannot deploy it, contact the SDL Support Team:
- Log into your "My SDL" Account.
- Log a support request via Support & Education Support.
Notes:
- All systems running WorldServer 11.0.1 should have this hotfix applied.
- The fix for this issue will be available in WorldServer 11.1.
