Symptoms: 

The upgrade from version 5.2 to version 6.3.0 of JasperReports Server brings about many enhancements to users and administrators of the WorldServer Report Center, including:

• A new Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection mechanism to improve security.
• The option of exporting dashboards and dashlets, as well as more formatting options for dashboards, dashlets, and advanced charts.
• Performance improvements when working with high-cardinality data in Ad Hoc views or in reports based on Ad Hoc views.
• Support for Microsoft Windows 10, Open JDK 1.8, Oracle 12c, and Microsoft SQL Server 2014.
• The option of exporting and importing organizations and sub-organizations.
• A new Schedules page, where you can view and manage scheduled jobs.

Please read the readme files available on FTP for installation or upgrade.

Resolution: 

You can install or upgrade it by deploying the new version available on FTP to WorldServer 11.1.0.

If you cannot deploy it, contact the SDL Support Team:

•     Log on to your "My SDL" Account.
•     Log a support request via Support & Education Support. 

Notes: 

• Only the systems running WorldServer 11.0.1 and JasperReports Server may have this hotfix applied.
• JasperReports Server 6.3 version is also available in WS 11.1.1.
