Description:
An issue related to TransPort users being treated as regular WorldServer users when counting licenses has been resolved.
If you remove permissions from the default TransPort user type or from any other user type that has only permissions related to TransPort, the users in those user types will count against the licenses for TransPort.
On the other hand, if you add extra permissions to the default TransPort user type or to any other user type that has only permissions related to TransPort, the users in those user types will count against the licenses for WorldServer.

Resolution:
You can fix this issue by deploying the update to WorldServer 11.3.0, which is available on FTP.

If you cannot deploy it, connect to the Customer Support Web Portal and log a case. You need an account to log a case. If you do not have an account, contact your company's SDL Support Account Administrator.
