Description:
The number of situations where tasks remain stuck in a workflow during the Segment Asset automatic action has been reduced even further.
Resolution:
You can fix this issue by deploying the update to WorldServer 11.3.2, available on FTP.
To do so:
1. Back up the Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.HostProcess.exe.config and Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.Launcher.exe.config files.
2. Uninstall your existing instance of the FTS Server.
3. Copy the HF_11.3.2_CRQ-10890.ms.sql script to your machine and run it on your Microsoft SQL Server database.
4. Copy the FileTypeSupportServer.msi installer to your machine and run it to upgrade the FTS Server to version 11.3.0.1734.
5. Compare the new Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.HostProcess.exe.config and Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.Launcher.exe.config files with the ones you backed up. If there are any additional properties in the new files, add them to the backup files as well.
6. Restore the backed up Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.HostProcess.exe.config and Sdl.WorldServer.FileTypeSupport.Server.Launcher.exe.config files.
7. Restart the FTS Server.
If you cannot deploy it, connect to the Customer Support Web Portal and log a case. You need an account to log a case. If you do not have an account, contact your company's SDL Support Account Administrator.
