Symptoms:
When filtering a certain asset in WorldServer 10.4.4 using the Microsoft Word 2007-2016 Studio File Type, opening the Task in Browser Workbench, saving it and opening it in again Microsoft Word results in the following error message: "The file filename.docx cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents".
Resolution:
You can fix the issue by deploying the update to WorldServer 10.4.4, available on FTP.
If you cannot deploy it, please contact the SDL Support Team:
- Log on to your "My SDL" account
- Log a support request via Support & Education Support.
Notes:
- All systems running WorldServer 10.4.4 and using .DOCX assets should have this hotfix applied.
- The fix for this issue is also available in WorldServer 11.1.
