Symptoms:
If you go to Management > Linguistic Tool Setup > Filter Configurations > HTML 5 Studio File Type > Add… and select Copy From > Default >, then the Parser settings will be missing from the new configuration. This applies to few filters, such as HTML 4 and 5 Studio File Type, or Embedded Content HTML 4 and 5 Processor.
Workaround:
Before you create a new configuration based on a Default configuration, please open and save the Default one. Thus, all the settings of the Default configuration will also be saved in the new one.
Notes:
- This works for all WS 10.x versions.
- In WorldServer 11.1, we added a feature to import any configuration created in supported versions of SDL Trados Studio.
