one of WS customer is asking if we have any information which is open to customer for below scenario.
As previously confirmed it is known that WS 10.4.2 has expired technical support cycle. So they want to know
Where they can confirm such information like until when current WS will be going through technical support, entering into EOL?
and they think those information should be open offically for reference to decide which timing might be good for upgrade.
therefore, could you please check if we have any way like schedule notification to WS customers or post to community?
Its worthy to check such roadmap.
